Please find attached the latest versionof Qatar Airways Commercial Policy 1060 effective as of 12April 2022.

This commercial policy is valid for ticketsissued on/after 01 March 2019 whereall travel is completed by 30 September 2022.

Highlights from the latest version ofour Commercial Policy:

• Refunds: If ticketed segments have been     changed to UN status, TK status resulted in any time change, or TK status     (retimed) resulted in misconnection (incl. MCT violations) and for UN     ticketed segments updated with new TK segments, unutilized refundable     value shall be calculated based on unutilized NUC, taxes, fees, charges     and surcharges.

Forall other scenarios: incl. voluntary refunds, unutilized refundable valueshall be calculated by deducting the fare used for portion of journeytravelled.
